Duke MEMS is committed to making our community one where every student, faculty and staff member feels respected, connected and empowered to thrive.
Our committee meets monthly to discuss issues and actions needed at the departmental level. The committee, in turn, reports through the Pratt Culture & Belonging Committee to define a list of action items. Together, we work on these throughout the year.
