This talk by noted designer Dan Raymer covers his early involvement in the projects that became the X-31, B-2, F-22, T-45, F-35, and more. Raymer describes how and why these projects began. Then he shows his original baseline design concepts and explains how they were created, what was learned from them, and what happened in the end. Futuristic Aircraft Designs and a look at how big companies develop them. Fun and educational, aimed at the airplane enthusiast crowd. No equations or calculations, just lots of drawings and pictures of wild airplanes.
